Thank you for considering Vecchia to be part of your special celebration. Whether you’re planning a wedding, rehearsal dinner, corporate event, family gathering, bridal shower, or any memorable occasion, our team is here to help make it truly unforgettable.

Our facility rental package includes key details to help you begin planning your event with ease. Please note that all private events require a minimum of 50 guests.

For large parties of 20 people or more, please email info@vecchiabirmingham.com to have your reservation placed.

This facility rental package will provide you with some of the information you will need to start planning your wedding and special event.

Vecchia Rental Space and Fees:

Whole Dining Room Rental $750 Accommodates 50-75ppl
Whole Dining Room plus Half Patio Rental $1000 Accommodates 50-100ppl

Alcohol Options Include:

● Drink Chips (Menu Prices) – limits the number of drinks per guest; all drinks menu priced
● Open Bar Tab (Menu Prices) – drink purchases under a pre-authorized credit card tab
● Pre-Set Bar Tab (TBD by Customer) – fixed dollar amount, individual bar tabs after limit reached

***We require a $200 deposit that can be used towards the final bill and a signed authorization form to confirm the date and time of event***

Menu Option #1 – Full Pasta Buffet – $55.95 per person

• Spinach & Artichoke Dip with Assorted Chips (Or Bruschetta and Herbed Crostini)
• House Salad with Homemade Italian Dressing
• Garlic Knot Rolls with Homemade Marinara Dipping Sauce
• Pasta Buffet Options (Choice of Two) – Chicken Alfredo, Pasta Marinara with Meatballs, Chicken Parmesan, Spinach Lasagna or Homemade Lasagna Rolls ($1.50 More Per Person for Lasagna)
• White Chocolate Bread Pudding (Or Assorted Cannoli – Chocolate & Pistachio)
• Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service – Sweet Tea, Unsweetened Tea and Water

Menu Option #2 – Pasta & Pizza Combo Buffet – $75.95 per person

• Spinach & Artichoke Dip with Assorted Chips (Or Bruschetta and Herbed Crostini)
• House Salad with Homemade Italian Dressing
• Garlic Knot Rolls with Homemade Marinara Dipping Sauce
