“Great experience, as always! Every element of the meal was executed flawlessly. My favorite was the tiramisu, which is to die for! The depth of flavor of the espresso-soaked ladyfingers and the sweet, creaminess of the mascarpone cheese combine to form the best dessert I have ever had. 10/10 recommend!” – Lydia

“My family loves Vecchia!!! It is out favorite place to eat and I can honestly say we have never had a bad meal there. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is very friendly. Whenever we have guests from out of town, we always bring them to Vecchia and they love it just as much as we do!!” – Harmony

“This is a great pizzeria and Italian food restaurant with a great atmosphere – very Italian like – with a wide assortment of red and white wines and a variety of tasty draft beers, some of them very original. Pizzas come fresh out of the oven, they really are Italian style and the service is nice and friendly. The place is cozy, informal and has a lot of terrace room for groups. If you are looking to accommodate a large group, this is the place in the Birmingham area.” – Alejandro

“The perfect place to go on a date! The food is excellent and it’s located right next to Moss Rock Preserve. I have been many times and not once have they let me down. They usually have live music on Wednesday and Saturday and it just adds to the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!” – Brandon

“I had the good fortune of being stationed in Italy during my time in the Army, and getting to live in my Italian community. I can say, with no hesitation, that Vecchia is as close as you will get to authentic cuisine this side of the Atlantic. And by close, I mean exact.” – Joey

“As close to true Italian Pizza as you can get without leaving the US! So delicious!! The guy who helped me was so kind. Service to a whole other level. They had a good selection of wines, if you like that. I felt like I stepped back to a time in Italy! Great little hidden place!” – Stephanie

“Good pizza, pasta and a wonderful atmosphere with crooner music. Outdoor seating is phenomenal and dogs are welcome in that space. Ask and they will even bring you a bowl of water for your dog(s). A great place to eat as a family.” – Brandon

“Food was delicious. Absolutely delicious. We went there on a whim and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff were nice, not a very long wait time. The setup are long communal type tables and benches; however, you are still somehow able to maintain privacy with your group. We had antipasti and bruschetta to start, both were fresh and flavorful. Two types of pizza, classic pepperoni and the chicken spinach alfredo … to quote my bud, “you know it’s good when none of us are talking.” We finished up with a bianco budino al cioccolato, tiramisu, Italian creme cake and strawberry cake … which we shared amongst the four of us. All good. This place is definitely a hidden gem, and I can’t wait to go back and try out more of the menu.” – Adrienne
