In this live cooking demo, Chef Benard will take you step by step through the process of making authentic cannoli from scratch. You’ll watch as he demonstrates how to prepare the rich ricotta filling, stuff the crunchy pastry shells and finish with classic garnishes like chocolate chips and pistachios. Every ticket includes a tasting of Chef Benard’s freshly made cannoli, plus plenty of tips and tricks to try at home. Wine, coffee, beer, and specialty sodas will also be available for purchase in the market to enjoy alongside your sweet treat.
